To clarify our position, we have had to give our landlords 6 months notice, we therefore have the time and resources to build one final boat, then strip out the workshop and leave it as we found it.

The boat will come with all warranties and full after sales service as normal

The premises in Swinton, Manchester are 2500 sq ft and comprise main workshop with toilet and mess room facilities on the ground floor with Sales/Admin office, finishes room and store area to the1st Floor and are available on a lease via negotiation with the Landlords.
